Dr Suresh Kumar is Head, Department of English, University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is also the Principal Investigator, evaluating the Retraining Programme for the English Lecturers of Government Degree Colleges in Andhra Pradesh which is jointly conducted by the Commissionerate of Collegiate Education, AP and the State Department of Cultural Affairs, USA.

Dr P Sreehari is consultant in the same department as Dr Suresh Kumar and is also associated with the Retraining Programme as an Investigator on the project.
