This textbook is designed especially for undergraduate students of the following branches of engineering—Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Instrumentation, and Instrumentation and Control. It covers the syllabi of the core subjects—Electrical Circuits, Network Theory, Circuit Theory, Network Analysis, and Networks and Synthesis. The primary goal of this textbook is to establish a firm understanding of the basic laws of electric circuits which help in developing a working knowledge of the methods of analysis used most frequently. With a rich assortment of solved problems, exercise problems, review questions and multiple choice questions across 15 chapters, the book is designed to provide the student an exposure to the key functionalities of the concepts in real-time applications.
